Hi! THIS IS ALEJANDRA

I am an accredited Life coach and Enneagram coach (personality typing system)

I’ve been living in London for the last 11 years where I created a family. I was born in Barcelona, Spain, city that I really love and try to visit often.

I am really passionate about personal development and how human mind and body works together, but specially helping people to move forward in crisis through self development techniques and powerful conversations and questions. All in a kind of holistic way.

I love to work in one to one life coaching sessions mixing life coaching and the Enneagram (personality typing system).

Also I like hosting and creating short breaks and coaching retreats for my clients.

Offering life coaching, enneagram coaching, talks (public speaking) and coaching retreats are the perfect blend of my values, passions and skills.

My core values are respect ,happiness, connection, being present, the “me time”, trust, love and expression. In addition, I am passionate about nature, travelling, deep conversations, being creative, meeting new people, sharing moments, wine, food and feeling alive! Also, my natural skills are being passionate about my work, entrepeneurship, resourceful, practical, good in crisis, empathetic, intuitive, entertaining, good communicator, good planner and a good host.

In terms of my academic background, it is also a natural blend between my university studies in Hospitality and Event manager, Diploma in Marketing, Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching and Enneagram Coaching and Women’s Circle training. Currently, I’m studying Applied Positive Psychology to increase the value of my coaching sessions.

If you feel like you want to know more about my studies and accreditation I invite you to visit my LinkedIn profile or feel free to contact me for an initial chat.

In a period of big changes (job, house, relationships...), Alejandra helped me not to feel overwhelmed by the coming together of all of them, to tackle every single element at a time, and to see their positive sides when I could see only difficulties. She helped me to see the big picture and realize some qualities of mine in the way I am approaching this situation, which I had underestimated, or not recognised.
