As a personal and accredited transformational life coach I will help you and guide you in the process of achieving your goals and working to improve your life. From where you are to where you want to be.
I work in a non-judgemental way. My opinion is not important in our sessions; the most valuable thing is you. As a client, you feeling comfortable and relaxed to express your thoughts and feelings. Our sessions will give you the space and time to work through what’s holding you back.
After creating a rapport between us, I will help you to be aware of and peeling away the things that are limiting you. Then I will guide you to create a plan to take action and achieve what is important for you. There will be sessions that are more fun and relaxed and others that it will be more challenging as we will work more deeply.
Tools and resources will be shared with you where appropriate and you will have the option of doing homework to support your evolution.
From my experience the real process of change will start around the 4th session, although you will benefit from day one! We can negotiate how often and how long to work together, but what is sure, I will be with you every step of your journey. accredited
